Returns and refunds
We want you to enjoy your shopping experience and be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with the items you’ve purchased we are happy to accept a return within 7 days. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the item. Requests for returns based on the 7-day return policy that fall outside of this timeframe will not be accepted. Items that are returned by choice (not due to defect, arrived damaged, or not as described) will be refunded, less the cost of shipping.
Items must be returned in an unused, original condition and with the original packaging. There may be additional charges for re-delivery of your replacement item. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless you are returning the items due to receiving them in a damaged, defective or not as described condition. A refund will not be issued if it is deemed the items have been damaged by you, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging by you when returning goods. We suggest you obtain proof of return delivery by either returning the item using tracked post or courier. Shipping costs will be refunded to you if the goods are faulty or not as described. We cannot be held responsible for the loss of returns sent to us without proof of traceable delivery.
Refunds and exchanges are not possible on sale items.
